Accessed by an exterior 2-story spiral staircase, the new floor features an primary bedroom that like the primary bedroom on the second floor has an in-suite bathroom and amazing views; a bayside balcony; a custom shower; a washer/dryer; a kitchenette; a lounge area with amazing views and a high-end 4K TV and sleeper sofa; and an oceanfront covered porch with amazing views. The renovation has also redone the 1st floor bayside and ocean decks, which now feature Trex decking, cable railing and two nice enclosed showers with ocean/dune views. Private parking with 3 spaces is right next to the townhouse in our private, permit-enforced lot.
