DOG FRIENDLY cheerful, light filled ranch style beach house, just 2-1/2 blocks to the beach. Comfortably furnished and nicely decorated throughout, it is a perfect house for a three- generation family or two family vacation. Two queen ensuite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV (streaming and YouTube tv). Two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds with a full bathroom across the hall. Spacious great room and dining area, with high ceiling and suspended fans, connecting to the updated kitchen. Other amenities include a large, comfortable screened porch with ceiling fan and old-fashioned swing, and large laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Other features include enclosed yard with outdoor dining area with gas grill and off-street parking for two cars. Two complimentary parking passes for use during your stay.

I did want to pass along how happy we were with everything. We so enjoyed our stay at 62 Henlopen and specifically working with Jack Lingo. We’ve been renting in Rehoboth for around 7 years and the accommodations were outstanding! The home was so well kept and the cleaners had done an amazing job before our arrival. Good morning,
No emergencies and the place is wonderful. Check-in was easier than expected; the line is deceptive. The cold water is great and how about having ice cream! Thank you all for the “pasta” hamper. Nicola’s is as advertised, especially its convenience. We are fully enjoying the house and Rehoboth. This is the house for us.
