Tell us a bit about Edie Bee's!
Edie Bee's has been operating in the heart of Second Street since 2012. We gather gummies, chocolates, and other confections from around the world and bring them to Lewes!
What sorts of products do you offer your customers, and what makes Edie Bee's unique?
Edie Bee's is known for the charming atmosphere of our French-inspired decor, delicious DeBrand truffles, and allowing customers to fill their own bag with the wide variety of gummies from our rainbow wall of candy-filled jars. You get to be a kid in a candy store at any age!
What has been your experience operating a business in Lewes? Is there anything in particular that makes our area special?
We have amazing customers! Children and adults light up in their own way when they first walk into the store. Some are reminded of years gone by and are amazed that the candy of their childhood is available again. Others are experiencing our style of candy store for the first time. Lewes is a wonderful town full of friendly faces that makes having a business here truly enjoyable.
What would you tell someone who is considering relocating to Coastal Delaware?
Lewes has an activity for everyone. Whether you are happiest walking through the shops of downtown, exploring the local beaches, or boating and fishing in our beautiful Delaware Bay, Coastal Delaware is a very special place to call home.
