How long have you been with Jack Lingo, REALTOR®?
Since August 2013. August is my 8th anniversary.
How did you know that Jack Lingo, REALTOR® was the right fit for you?
Besides my relationship with the Lingo family prior to real estate, I wanted to work for a local family-owned business. I have never enjoyed my experience with any corporations and their practices.
How do you think Jack Lingo, REALTOR® differs from other real estate companies?
Their depth of knowledge. From Bill Lingo and spreading through all the agents, Jack Lingo, REALTOR® has the ability to teach and retain agents for careers. Lingo agents are agents that are dedicating their careers to the business. From the top down, Lingo agents are the most knowledgeable agents in the state.
When did you know you wanted to work in the real estate industry?
After many years in the building industry, I decided it was time to expand upon the building knowledge (which is still in use today) into sales.
What has been your proudest moment at Jack Lingo, REALTOR® so far?
I don’t claim a proudest moment. From my largest monetary sale to the smallest, the goal is the satisfaction of my clients. I take the most pride in the prediction of market trends. From my investment clients to the first-time homebuyer that is trying to predict their home value in years to come, it brings me a lot of satisfaction in finding the correct deal/price for each client to ensure their financial success in the future.

Where did you go to college?
I am a very proud owner of my high school diploma, and that is more than enough to succeed.
Reveal one of your hidden talents.
Singing/guitar.
Name something you could not live without.
Absolutely my family. My extended family for their love and support. But most importantly my wife, Lauren, and my two beautiful children Harbor (3), Haven (2), and one due in November. There is no greater joy or achievement in my life than my family. There is nothing I would rather do than spend as much time with them as possible.
What is your favorite hobby?
Fishing, golf, any outdoor activity.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Marine biologist or pilot.
If you could build anything, what would it be?
I have the ability to build anything. Working with my hands is my true talent…I can build anything.
