How long have you been with Jack Lingo, REALTOR®?
I have been with Jack Lingo, REALTOR® for 10 months now.
How did you know that Jack Lingo, REALTOR® was the right fit for you?
From family working within the company to the brokerage's obvious presence in the community, I knew straight away that Jack Lingo, REALTOR® was the team for me.
How do you think Jack Lingo, REALTOR® differs from other real estate companies?
Jack Lingo, REALTOR® provides a down-to-earth and long-established local impact. From the signs at the Lewes Little League Field to the iconic Jungle Jims, the company feels right at home in Lower Slower Sussex.
When did you know you wanted to work in the real estate industry?
I have always had an interest in homes, having worked in construction and restoration for several years in Pennsylvania. Moving into real estate has allowed me to use my knowledge to help shape clients' experiences and provide a unique professional interaction.
What has been your proudest moment at Jack Lingo, REALTOR® so far?
My proudest moment with Jack Lingo, REALTOR® has come quite recently in the form of helping a client achieve their dream of owning their own aircraft by selling their home in a quick and thorough manner.
How long have you been in the real estate business?
I have been in the real estate business for a year now and could not imagine a more fulfilling experience.
Reveal one of your hidden talents.
I have been playing semi-professional paintball for five years now out of Chesapeake City, Maryland.
Name something you could not live without.
I have a six-year-old German Shepard named Irie, and she is my heart and soul.
What is your favorite hobby?
Nowadays I have taken to kayak fishing, hiking the many trails in Sussex County, and (of course) playing paintball!
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I have always had an interest in the process of discussion and progression. At a young age, I wanted to be a politician or a lawyer. Only through personal exploration have I come to understand that being more involved in such a process brings me much greater joy in life.
If you could build anything, what would it be?
There is never a shortage of things to do in Sussex County, but if I could build anything at all, it would be a comedy club. Good friends, good food, and a good laugh have a special place in my heart.
If you could take a trip anywhere in the world, where would you go? Why would you go there?
With all of the recent advances in technology, I don't think it would be completely out of the question to say the International Space Station. I have always had a fascination with astronomy and physics. That would be a dream come true!
Who is your personal hero?
From humble beginnings and staying true to his roots, I have always idolized Keanu Reeves for the impact and dedication he has had in being a role model.
What is your favorite quote?
