Hi Sheila – We are not renewing our reservation for 208 Mariners Court. Our mom passed away in November. Most of us can’t face going back to the beach right now so only a few of the family are using the other condo.

First, I want to thank all of you for the amazing effort you have undertaken in the constant shuffling with tenants and COVID-19. From our early restriction of NO SHORT TERM RENTALS to easing of restrictions with Phase 1 to the current tightening or restrictions due to the spike in current cases ... you all have been amazing. You are working two to three times harder than a normal summer with all the changes, cancellations, etc., trying to keep both tenants and us as happy as possible under the ever changing restrictions all at the same time of trying to stay protected, safe and healthy!
