About Kristina

Born and raised in Rehoboth Beach, Kristina graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in 2007. She was a softball Academic All-American and graduated from Fairfield University in 2011 with a degree in business. After earning her real estate license in 2012, she joined Jack Lingo, REALTOR's Rehoboth Beach rental department. She became manager of that department in 2020. Kristina served on the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® (SCAOR) Community Service Foundation board for six years. Additionally, she was awarded SCAOR's 2018 Good Neighbor Award on account of her work in her community and was the recipient of the Alma Ashley Rental Award in 2023. She currently volunteers and serves on the board of the Sussex County YMCA. Kristina married Richard Broadbent in 2022 and welcomed their baby boy Grayson in September 2023. They love to travel as a family with their dog Brody and enjoy the amazing coastal town they reside in!

We enjoyed our week and our unit was quite nice. The air conditioning worked very well and the furniture was comfortable. The cleaning service also did a good job, as the house was nice and clean when we arrived. We have rented from several agencies in the area, and yours is the first to actually be thoughtful enough to send a thank you and ask for suggestions.

My family has stayed at the property at 20 Pennsylvania Ave for several years now, and we have definitely enjoyed the many improvements the owner has made to the property. We love the king size beds in many of the rooms, and the new living area in what was the garage is great...anytime we've had a maintenance concern, it has been handled quickly.
