About Gary

Gary Walkowski is a native of suburban Philadelphia and another happy transplant to our Southern Delaware community. He has practiced real estate for 15 years and is licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. Whether you are buying or selling a home, you can be sure that Gary's experience and honest advice are on your side. He is committed to complete excellence in real estate pursuits, and he treats every transaction as if it were his own.

Gary spent a prior 25-year career with Hewlett-Packard Company, where he worked in the IT Services Consulting practice. He has extensive experience in sales, engineering, contracting, and negotiation. He has earned degrees in both electrical engineering and business administration. Moreover, he is a former retail business owner in specialty optics products (telescopes, binoculars, spotting scopes, etc.) and is an amateur astronomer. He has been a frequent guest speaker at Penn State University on observational astronomy and telescopes, and he is a docent at the Franklin Institute Observatory. Additionally, he is an avid match competitor in the shooting sports and a firearms collector. Gary and his wife, Geri, love golden retrievers and enjoy traveling in their RV.
