About Caitlin

Caitlin possesses significant personal history with and strong familial ties to the First State. After graduating from Radford University, she chose to make Rehoboth Beach, Delaware her home. She was born and raised in the Annapolis, Maryland area but had previously spent many summers in Sussex County, Delaware.

Caitlin's years of experience in the Bethany Beach and Dewey Beach restaurant industries have greatly enhanced her understanding of the local ebbs and flows of Delaware's resort areas. Moreover, her experiences working with a local developer have not only enriched her knowledge of new construction and home pricing but also deepened her passion for the local real estate industry.
