About Amanda

Amanda is a native Delawarean who grew up in Wilmington and spent every summer of her life vacationing in Rehoboth Beach. Through family stories, fond memories, and pure experience, she learned at an early age to appreciate the beauty, uniqueness, and relaxed way of life of the Delaware Shore. In 1999, she graduated with honors from Virginia Tech University and decided to spend one last summer in Rehoboth Beach. Like so many, she never left. She settled in the area and began a career in the fashion industry. For six years, she traveled throughout the U.S. and Asia as a product line manager for a wholesale accessories company. In 2005, her entrepreneurial instincts led her to venture into marketing and advertising. By utilizing her organizational skills, creativity, and marketing knowledge, she maintained a successful consulting business. She was soon introduced to the real estate industry and obtained her real estate license in 2007. She began her real estate career as a successful part-time REALTOR®. In August 2013, she became a full-time agent on the Bryce Lingo & Shaun Tull Team. Amanda is thrilled to work with such an extremely talented and experienced group of real estate professionals.
