The owner even provides a golf cart to use to go back and forth to the beach or around the neighborhood. North Shores also offers a spacious community pool, tennis courts and access to its very own private beach on the Atlantic Ocean. There are 3 separate "suites" including the totally private "Cabana Suite" on the ground floor with exterior entrance. The home has 3 HVAC units, exterior elevator from ground to 2nd floor deck where there is an exterior door entrance.
